  The same old checkout dilemma. 11pm on a Thursday and 2 cashiers on staff. One is for the self checkout, the other is doing special buys counter. The contractor checkout shouldn't be counted here. I have 3 items that cant be scanned and i had to run down the isle to photograph the SKU number for them. What a poor example of customer service. There must have been 20 employees hammering away on keyboards in their departments but no free cashiers? Home Depot is no better. Home hardware has the best service and will head there next time.

  If your looking for help with anything related to Home Improvements, this is the place to go. Paul in plumbing is amazing! He's great at knowing exactly what you need. Mark in hardware knows where to find everything that you're looking for. I tend to look for the older staff for help. They tend to know where product is. I think they turfed the old store manager as he is no where to be found.

  Left my purchase at the cash and decided to pick it up somewhere else instead. Lowes has great selection but poor customer service. One cashier and the self serve line machines were not working. So often is the case with this location. Last time I purchased something online and got an email notification my order was ready for pick up . When I got there I waited 45 minutes at the customer service desk and could have gotten from the shelf faster. Then again I would have had to wait at the cashier. Lol.
